Service Tech
The Service Technician report to and works directly with the Service Director in maintaining the overall integrity of a property. Our communities provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service, 365 days a year.

Job Requirements
Type I and Type II (CFC) certifications in proper refrigerant practices are preferred (including certificate cards). Multi-family housing maintenance is helpful. A basic understanding of plumbing, electrical and HVAC is also helpful, as are painting and some carpentry abilities. Must have appropriate tools to perform the duties of this position. Must be able to tactfully communicate one-on-one with a variety of residents as well as co-workers. On-call duties may be required. You may be required to cover other Fidelity Management properties in the event of an emergency. Must be able to lift, pull, carry or hoist heavy objects weighing 50 lbs. or more: climb ladders or stairs: work on roof tops: bend, stoop, and shovel: tolerate prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions. Must be 18 years of age or older. It may be necessary to obtain educational training or certification to continue to fulfill your position requirements, due to changing laws. Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
